HATBORO, PA - February 26, 2007 - InfoLogix (OTCBB: IFLG), a leading provider of mobile workforce technology solutions, today announced the launch of two exciting initiatives in healthcare at this year's HIMSS07 Conference, February 25-March 1, 2007 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.
The first is the launch of their new Healthcare Applications Suite, which uses advanced wireless technology to increase the efficiency, accuracy and transparency of complex business and clinical processes in healthcare. The solutions to be presented at the conference include HealthTrax, an RFID-enabled patient and asset tracking system; BedCentral ED, a patient tracking application for the Emergency Department of hospitals; and BedCentral, a patient flow and capacity management application.
In addition, InfoLogix has partnered with the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. to help save lives and further their mission of increasing awareness of breast cancer through education and by providing mammograms for those in need. To promote this worthwhile effort, InfoLogix will launch their "Cart with a Heart" Breast Cancer Awareness campaign at the conference with unique, pink themed versions of their Z-XP Elite and SL Elite mobile computer carts used by nurses at the point-of-care.
"HIMSS is one of the largest and most prestigious healthcare IT conferences in the U.S.," said David Gulian, President and CEO of InfoLogix. "To present our most innovative solutions in healthcare and RFID in tandem with a worthwhile cause like the National Breast Cancer Foundation gives us a unique forum to expand our impact beyond our current presence in 1,100 hospitals and reach hundreds of thousands touched by breast cancer each year."
InfoLogix will showcase their healthcare devices and professional services in Booth 4305 and their business application suite in Booth 4502.
