My sister of 65 was just diagnosed with Inflammatory Breast Cancer. I had never heart of this, nor had my daughter who has a doctorage in Pharmacy and is manager of her store. There is no family history of breast cancer let alone such a serious and aggressive type as IBC.

I am learning all I can for her and my own 4 daughters so we can better understand and help one another through this crisis. I also want to help my sister who is suffering from loss of hope. I also have 4 sisters and even though we have spent years concerned about heart problems with ARE in our family, this has thrown me for a loop.

Today, October 1, my sister goes to the doctor for treatment options.
