About Me

Hi I am going to be 57 pretty soon. I am second generation BC, my mother died in 1989 after a three year battle. I and my 2 daughters played a big role in taking care of her in those years. She made me and my sister to keep a close watch for signs of cancer. Sept 2003 a mamogram found it for me, so I had bylateral mastectomy, and Chemo, and Radiation that was done June 2004. It will be 5 years in Sept. so I am anxiouse both worried and happy that it has been almost 5 years. As my mom only lived three years.
