About Me
married with two daughters, ages 23 and 20. Diagnosed with IDC in July 07. Had lumpectomy in August; however, margins were not clear. Chemo began in August and finished the end of January 08. Had bilateral mastectomy Feb. 26th.....pathology came back clear...0/13 nodes, breasts benign. CHEMO WORKED!!!! I believe that my positive attitude and faith in God, along with my family, friends and a great medical staff helped bring me to this point. Still have to go through radiation which will begin in April....bring it on!!!
