I'm on chemo, Taxol and Cytoxin plenty of days feeling good but it's a real cycle - get the infusion, a few days later get nausea, a little fatigue, a week later possible white not even 1 day after 1st treatment the hair started to fall out, ten days later, i have 2 patches of hair left. i am afraid to start all over again. On my second round add hip/leg pain to the week later stuff (either due to Nupagen injections to keep the white blood cell count up or the Taxol, not sure).
My tips: bring snacks and a blanket to the chemo treatment, . Be conservative and do less than you think you can do - Remember to drink tons and REST tons. Don't feel like any thing close to being a super woman or normal through this! When I look at myself, I want to cry!! Besides that, since my hormones have leveled out, I feel like ME again!
