Need diet tips in the worse way!!!! It's not bad enough what the chemo does to your body/mind/spirit but the weight gain? How much worse can it be? I ended chemo end of Oct and then started on tamoxifen. I've gained about 10-15 lbs and am probably at my lowest image wise etc. I am still doing Herceptin and will until the end of July 08 at which time I will have a mammo and MRI - just starting walking program but need help!!! Anyone out there in the same place? It's starting to choke me, suffocating actually. My friend who just got her clean bill of health 5 years out told me that she'd rather be 25lb overweight and still alive, able to enjoy the world. I agree, but my mind/body/spirit isn't there yet - thanks, Lori
