For those of you that have been diagnosed with any life threatening illness you undestand that once you survive that time you want to move on with life. After my breast reconstruction I needed to speak with someone that opted for this surgery. I was referred to a breast cancer support group. No! No! was my response because I had been there and done that. I could not get people to understand that I didn't want to sit around a table again and talk about my diagnosis. I needed to speak on these new "girls". I have good days and bad days. I have spasms that drive me crazy. I don't know if they are going to explode or what. Tomorrow I see the doctor. Haven't gotten my nipples yet and can't make up my mind if I want them.
