“Martin Health System’s Diagnostic Centers are proud to provide no-cost screening and diagnostic mammograms to patients in Martin and St. Lucie Counties of FL, in a targeted effort to improve access to breast health services and follow-up care, and to reduce the impact of breast cancer in our community. We also provide MRIs and biopsies when a qualifying patient has an abnormal finding. In addition, ultrasounds and cyst aspirations are performed when indicated for the patient. Through our collaboration with Martin Health’s Breast Health Navigator (BHN) Team, we also provide Treatment Funds support to income-criteria qualified patients, or pay for counseling related to genetic screening services. These services are also tracked and reported quarterly. Our singular goal is to ensure that no patient, due to lack of insurance or financial resources, experience a delay in access to needed services and treatments for breast cancer.”
