Some of the most meaningful Breast Cancer Awareness Month events happen right in your own community. Whether you’re looking to connect with others, learn more about breast health, or make a difference close to home, local events organized by neighbors, local hospitals, nonprofits, schools, and community centers offer a tangible way to get involved.

NBCF-led events are designed to turn awareness into meaningful action. Whether you’re packing HOPE Kits® for patients in treatment, collecting essential products through donation drives, or participating in Community Ambassador-led education and fundraising campaigns, every action helps provide comfort, resources, and hope to those affected by breast cancer.
NBCF-led awareness opportunities may include:
- HOPE Kit packing parties: Gather your friends and community to pack HOPE Kits sent to women in treatment for breast cancer. Simply fundraise to cover the cost of the kits, and we’ll ship you all the supplies you need to assemble and ship your HOPE Kits.
- Community Ambassador events: Organize or attend events led by NBCF Community Ambassadors, designed to educate and inform about breast health and early detection.
- NBCF fundraising opportunities: Find an NBCF fundraiser to contribute to, or start your own!

Oct. 28 | Rollertown Open Golf Tournament (Frisco, TX)
The Second Annual Rollertown Open is an unforgettable afternoon of golf, community, and impact. This four-person scramble will feature an exciting mix of golfers and special celebrity guests, creating a fun and competitive atmosphere on the course.
Following the tournament, all golfers will head to Rollertown for an evening of awards, dinner, and celebration, where we will wrap up the day and continue the fun off the course.
All proceeds from the event will benefit NBCF’s lifesaving programs, helping provide early detection, education, and support to those affected by breast cancer.

Virtual Breast Cancer Awareness Month activities make it possible to take action from anywhere. From organizing product donation drives and participating in social media awareness campaigns to hosting virtual fundraisers, there are many ways to support those affected by breast cancer while engaging your own virtual network and community.
These opportunities are ideal for individuals, workplaces, schools, church groups, and community organizations looking to get involved on their own schedule.
Virtual BCAM participation may look like:
- Online fundraising: Set up your online fundraiser through social media and start raising funds and hope for breast cancer patients.
