Cancer Services is a local nonprofit organization established in 1955 in the Triad of NC. We have a wide range of support and programming offered to cancer survivors at no charge. Cancer Services provides: Patient Advocacy; Medication; Treatment Support Assistance; Medical Supplies; Equipment, Wigs, Turbans, Mastectomy Supplies; Transportation Resources; and Nutritional and Ostomy Supplies. We also offer a wide range of support programs such as: Survivor Seminars; Conferences; Peer Mentoring Support; Cancer Dietitian Nutrition; Cancer Specific Groups; Massage Therapies; Survivors Day Celebration; Pink Broomstick Breast Cancer Peer Support; Spanish Speaking Support Programs; and Survive and Thrive Wellness and Family Programs.
