The Camden County Cancer Screening Project seeks to enhance patient navigation services from the moment the community receives outreach and education services, through screening and warm hand-off to nurse navigators for those patients diagnosed with breast cancer. By providing culturally and linguistically appropriate services, we hope to provide quality screening, diagnosis and navigation services to our uninsured community similar to their insured counterparts.
“The Camden County Cancer Screening Project is a vital program that provides education, outreach and screening to our most vulnerable populations in Camden. Through their efforts, our underserved communities receive culturally and linguistically appropriate education and links to screening services that can save their lives.” — Evelyn Robles-Rodriguez, Director, Outreach, Prevention and Survivorship
Donations are always appreciated, but there are lots of great ways to get involved.
