Fundraising Partners are organizations that elect to manage their own campaign utilizing NBCF's easy-to-use co-branded online fundraising platform.
Funds are typically raised through a combination of direct contributions from the organization and/or donations from customers/employees.
While contributed funds may be raised in part by selling specific products, NBCF Fundraising Partners are not allowed (per IRS guidelines) to market this to consumers. A simple "statement of support" and an individualized NBCF co-branded fundraising page is sufficient for their campaign. Fundraising Partners do not require the use of NBCF's logo or registered trademarks. Example of an approved statement of support: "XYZ Company is a proud supporter of National Breast Cancer Foundation"
