Restaurant group hosts month-long, nationwide campaign supporting the fight against breast cancer

HOUSTON, TX – Landry’s, the world leader in dining and hospitality, today announced it is partnering with National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) for a fundraiser to raise awareness for those affected by breast cancer. Spanning the entire month of October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the nationwide campaign will take place at every Landry’s restaurant, totaling over 500 locations across the country.

“Landry’s is thrilled to once again join forces with the National Breast Cancer Foundation to raise funds and support for the fight against cancer,” said Melissa Radovich, Vice President of Marketing. “We encourage our loyal patrons to join us in this incredible effort, because together, we can save lives.”

From October 1 through October 31, Landry’s customers will have the opportunity to “support pink” and enjoy pink specialty cocktails at any of their favorite Landry’s restaurants nationwide, including Mastro’s Steakhouse, Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse, Morton’s The Steakhouse, Chart House, Palm Restaurants, Saltgrass Steak House, McCormick & Schmick’s, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Joe’s Crab Shack, among others. $1 from each brand’s signature cocktail will be donated to National Breast Cancer Foundation. In addition, Landry’s will donate $1 to NBCF for every gift card with a value of $50 or more sold on their website during the month of October. Gift card funds can be used at any Landry’s restaurant.

“We are grateful to Landry’s for their 5th year of partnership and their generosity to support our mission of Helping Women Now,” said Mandy O’Neill, NBCF SVP of Development. “Their commitment to helping us provide early detection, education, and support services to women through their campaign will impact the lives of women affected by breast cancer across the country.”
