October 9, 2018 – Nature Nate’s Honey Gives Hope program continues to support families in need through partnership with NBCF during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month for third year in a row

For the third year in a row, Nature Nate’s Honey Co., the number-one branded honey company in the U.S. and producer of 100% Pure, Raw & Unfiltered Honey, is supporting the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) this October during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Nature Nate’s continued support of the NBCF is part of the company’s Honey Gives Hope program, a comprehensive corporate giving initiative established to provide aid to vulnerable communities worldwide.

“We are honored to partner with the National Breast Cancer Foundation again this year. This organization is vital to the health and wellbeing of men and women nationwide, and we’re proud to work with them to make an impact in the lives of millions,” said Nathan Sheets, founder and CEO of Nature Nate’s. “Thanks to the dedication of our employees and communities, we are able to support those battling breast cancer through our Honey Gives Hope program.”

Nature Nate’s is partnering with the NBCF to help assemble 100 HOPE Kits, designed to uplift women that are battling breast cancer. HOPE Kits include thoughtful items such as Nature Nate’s Honey Packets, unscented lotion, fuzzy socks, ginger tea, a Hope Journal and more – all designed to bring a sense of comfort to cancer patients and their loved ones.

The company is also updating the labels on 176,000 of their honey bottles from their signature orange to bright pink for the month of October to further show support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The retailers carrying the pink bottles include Target, Kroger, Meijer, Jewel, Albertsons and Safeway, as well as ShopRite.

“NBCF is grateful for the third year of partnership this October with Nature Nate’s and for their support to our mission of Helping Women Now,” said Janelle Hail, Founder and CEO, NBCF. “Their funds will enable us to continue providing help and inspiring hope to women affected by breast cancer across the U.S.”

In addition to assembling HOPE Kits and selling pink bottles of honey to raise awareness, Nature Nate’s will be sharing stories of hope, pink-themed recipes and information on breast cancer via honeygiveshope.com and the company’s social media channels. To follow along and participate in their efforts during the month of October, the company is encouraging everyone to use #honeygiveshope.
