Frisco, TX – August 3, 2022 – National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Seneca Snack Company located in Yakima, WA. Seneca Apple Chips will take on an exclusive but temporary new look as Pink Lady Apple Chips in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in addition to National Apple Month.

“We are excited about this partnership and campaign as it was such a natural fit to join forces and encourage women and men to pick healthy-alternatives to prioritize their health”, said Brooke Adams, Director of Strategic Partnerships. “Together, we will help bring awareness to breast cancer with the new product and pink packaging. The impact will go beyond awareness as the generous donation will directly impact the lives of hundreds of women and their families as they navigate a breast cancer diagnosis right now”.

With one in eight women being diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime (cancer.org), Seneca Snack Company is committed to making an impact to National Breast Cancer Foundation’s mission of Helping Women Now®. From August to October, Seneca will donate $0.50 per case from sales of all Seneca Pink Lady Apple Chips sold to retailers up to $25,000.

Seneca will be donating Pink Lady Apple Chips to several NBCF educational events nationwide. This donation will give women of all ages a healthy alternative as they visit educational tents to learn more about their breast health. To learn more about NBCF’s outreach events, please visit nbcf.org
