Generous companies, brands and institutions are crucial to National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. (NBCF) in our mission of Helping Women Now®. Fundraising Partnerships involving contributions through a variety of customer, employee and corporate support drive a significant portion of our funding each year. We are grateful for each and every partner and have developed the following guidelines to help provide clarity and direction for those organizations exploring a relationship with NBCF.
Upon submission of this application to be a NBCF Fundraising Partner, the organization applying (Company) is entering a relationship with NBCF and is agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions.
NBCF Fundraising Partners manage their own campaign utilizing NBCF’s co-branded online fundraising platform.
Fundraising Partnerships do NOT include a license to use NBCF’s logo nor any other NBCF registered trademarks. Therefore only pre-approved NBCF-created marketing collateral may be used to promote Company’s support of NBCF to customers. The use of NBCF-approved marketing collateral shall not in any manner be construed as an endorsement by NBCF and shall only be allowed for the limited purpose of informing the public that the Company is a supporter of NBCF.
Funds may be raised through a combination of direct contributions from the Company and/or donations from customers/employees. While contributed funds may be raised in part by selling specific products, NBCF Fundraising Partners are not permitted (per IRS guidelines) to market this to consumers. A simple “statement of support” and an individualized NBCF co-branded fundraising page must be sufficient for a Fundraising Partnership campaign. The following statements of support are approved for use by NBCF Fundraising Partners:

b. “Proud partner of National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.®”
c. “Helping Women Now® with National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.®”
d. “Providing help and hope with National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.®”
e. “Delivering hope with National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.®”
f. “Ensuring no one faces breast cancer alone with National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.®”
NBCF will not accept programs that sexualize breast cancer through words, images, campaign materials, or product. Additionally, no tobacco nor products that make medical claims will be considered for partnership.
