To every woman walking this journey: You are more than this diagnosis. On the days when you feel strong, celebrate that strength. On the days when you don’t, give yourself permission to simply make it through the day. You are loved, you are worthy, and you do not have to carry every moment with a brave face. Keep going—one day, one breath, one step at a time.

You are strong, brave, inspirational, and beautiful inside and out! Sending my support and love to everyone 🫶🏽

You are doing amazing! Don’t let anyone turn down your spark, you made it this far for a reason.

Pink sisters and loving caregivers: remember, it is OK to not be strong all the time. It is OK to cry. It is OK to fall down. Just don't quit!! Always get up. Always dust yourself off. If you can't, lean on your support, your team, your family, your friends. You ARE loved, you ARE enough. YOU GOT THIS!!!! YOU ARE STRONGER THAN THE STORM!!!! I was just declared cPR (Complete Pathological Response). I had triple negative invasive dictator carcinoma with BRCA1+, stage 3. We BEAT IT!! Our journey is not yet over, but we BEAT IT!!!! You can too!!!! 🥰🥰🫶🫶🦄🦄💪💪🎀🎀

Breast cancer is scary, but do not let it define who you are. Do not let it in and win. Stay positive every day and plow through it. You got this! My mom is a 21 year survivor and still vibrant today. I am a 4 year survivor and praying every day for that 5 year bell. It’s around the corner and I can see it. Stay positive, healthy and vibrant my friends!

You are more than just a diagnosis. You are special, important, and loved. I hope that you find a moment of peace and joy today.
Savannah
You never have to go through this alone, there are always support with you. Those you see and know and those that are behind the scenes. Nobody has to fight this battle alone.
Alene
I think it is important to acknowledge that this is HARD! Very very hard!! I was diagnosed during COVID, I did 18 Chemo treatments and 17 episodes of radiation plus a partial mastectomy. I was not allowed to have anyone with me. It is an uphill climb and you are strong and you can do this. Do something you enjoy on the “good” days. You will get through this, it may take some tears, and/or some screams, but you will, even though some days it doesn’t feel like it. It sucks for sure!! Take whatever help you can, it is a good thing and gives those who love you something to do to help you. It is for them as much as a help to you. You are beautiful, strong and you got this!!

In Honor of Those We Love

Cancer has touched my family and the people closest to my heart in so many ways. My mother, my aunt, two of my cousins, close family friends, and now another cousin have all faced, or are facing, the difficult journey that comes with cancer.

For our family, cancer awareness is more than a cause—it is deeply personal. It is about the people we love, the strength they show every day, and the hope we continue to hold onto for them.

Today, I want to honor everyone who has battled cancer, those who are currently fighting, the survivors who inspire us, and the loved ones who stand beside them through every step.

May we continue to raise awareness, support one another, encourage early detection, and never lose hope. ❤️

To my family and friends who are fighting: you are loved, you are not alone, and we are standing beside you every step of the way.

Here’s to more awareness, more support, more breakthroughs, and most importantly, more birthdays, more memories, and more time together.
Heather
Just know – I am so proud of you for each and every step you will take during this battle against breast cancer. Please, be oh so proud of yourself too. There is no grander show of strength or bravery than taking your next step. And no one will be able to take that away from you. Hug!
Sabrina
To every survivor: your journey is a reminder that hope is powerful and courage is beautiful. Keep shining🩷

Everyday is a new day. My wife was just diagnosed with the fight. However it's not just her fight, it's ours. For everyone, just know your are not alone. You are 💪

I am a 27 yr survivor! Always remember to have strength, always remember to have faith and always remember to have hope.

You are stronger than this moment, even on the days it doesn’t feel that way. One step, one appointment, one breath at a time is enough. Be patient with your body, give yourself grace, and remember you are not alone in this fight—there’s a whole community walking beside you.
Robin
On National Pink Day, I’m thinking of each of you and the strength, courage, and hope you carry every day. Pink isn’t just a color for us — it’s a reminder of resilience, solidarity, and the power of lifting each other up. You are seen, you are supported, and you are never alone. Keep shining in your own beautiful way.

To every woman fighting breast cancer: you are stronger than you know, even on the days when you feel exhausted, scared and overwhelmed. This journey may test your body, mind, and spirit, but it does not define who you are. You are so much more than a diagnosis.
Take each day one step at a time. Celebrate every victory, no matter how small. Allow yourself to rest when you need to, cry when you need to, and lean on those who care about you. There is courage in asking for help and strength in continuing to move forward.
Remember you are not alone. There is a community of survivors, fighters, family members, and friends standing beside you, cheering you on through every treatment, every appointment, and every milestone.
Hold on to hope. Hold on to faith. Hold on to belief that brighter days are ahead. Your resilience is inspiring, your story matters, and your life is precious.
Sending you love, strength, healing, and endless encouragement today and always.
