Texas Health Plano - Sue A. de Mille Women’s Diagnostic Center
The Sue A. de Mille Women’s Diagnostic Center at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano is a Certified Participant with the National Quality Measures for Breast Centers (NQMBC™) and it is also designated as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology (ACR). As a comprehensive breast health center, it is uniquely qualified to meet the needs of low-income women and women lacking access to care through a combination of internal and external resources. The Center’s services include screening, diagnostics, prevention, education, detection and treatment, as well as advanced imaging services comprised of breast ultrasound, stereotactic breast biopsy and 3-D mammography for breast cancer diagnosis – all in a compassionate and comfortable environment tailored to each patient’s needs.
"The Sue A. de Mille Women’s Diagnostic Center is excited to collaborate with National Breast Cancer Foundation and the opportunity to deepen our commitment to serve the women of the Collin County community. This grant will permit more than 100 women, who could not otherwise afford it, to receive potentially life-saving mammograms and diagnostic breast care." – Shannon Gutierrez, Director of Radiology and Medical Imaging, Texas Health Plano
