Who can get a HOPE Kit?

HOPE Kits are created for breast cancer patients who have been recently diagnosed or are in the midst of breast cancer treatment. The items inside are hand-selected to help with the side effects of treatment. Those not diagnosed with breast cancer or in treatment for breast cancer are not eligible to receive a HOPE Kit. Due to limited supply, patients are only able to receive one HOPE Kit.

When can I expect to receive my HOPE Kit?

The wait time varies from time to time. Our current waitlist is about six weeks. During the holiday season the waitlist can be up to nine weeks due to high volume. You will receive an email when your HOPE Kit has shipped.

Can I request a HOPE Kit for a loved one experiencing breast cancer?

Of course! There are few ways you can request a HOPE Kit for a loved one. One is through our Buy One, Give One HOPE Kit program—by purchasing a buy one give one HOPE Kit you are able to bypass the waitlist and one HOPE Kit will go to your loved one and the other will serve as a donation to take a breast cancer patient off our waitlist. The other option is to submit a loved one request and your loved one will be added to the waitlist.

My order was canceled unexpectedly, why was that?

Due to limited supply, patients are only able to receive one HOPE Kit. If you requested a HOPE Kit for a loved one or yourself, and you or your loved one have already received a HOPE Kit, the duplicate order will be canceled.

I got my tracking number and it still says label created, when will I get my HOPE Kit?

Our HOPE Kits are hand-packed by volunteers at packing parties all over the country, and locally at our headquarters in Frisco, Texas. In order to prepare for these packing parties, we have to print the shipping labels ahead of time. Unfortunately, our shipping program sends out an email when the label is printed, creating confusion. But rest assured that your HOPE Kit is being packed at an upcoming packing party and you can expect it within three weeks! You can also check back using the tracking number to see the progress once it has shipped.

My HOPE Kit was lost, stolen, or arrived damaged, what do I do?
