Is there a link between oral contraceptives and breast cancer?
Some studies have found a slight increase in breast cancer risk among people who currently use or recently used hormonal contraceptives, including oral contraceptives. The increase in risk is small and generally decreases after stopping hormonal contraceptives and may depend on the type of contraception used and its duration of use.
